Venture is a professional venture capital and private
equity fund management company, specializing in investing
in middle-market, growth-oriented companies in China,
Taiwan and the US. The company currently manages assets
totaling $ 50 million, covering more than 60 portfolio
companies. The majority of our fund investors are
major industrial corporations, insurance companies,
and financial institutions in Taiwan.
Our company's origins
are the founding of Saga in early 1999 and culminated
with the merger of other two managenegt firms, Unitek
and Giga, in 2002.The combination of teams creates
a synergetic value that will benefit both fund investors
or portfolios.
Our primary goals are
to add value to our portfolio companies and consequently
deliver a better return to our fund investors. We
practice a hands-on approach. Each of our partners
has in-depth, hands-on experience in operating and
managing companies. We proactively participate in
the business development of portfolio companies, and
provide strategic and operational advice to ascertain
that they can reach their growth potential.
