 | Alex Wen is the Chairman of Saga-Unitek Ventures. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Uniwill Computer, a value-added notebook maker; and Vice Chairman of Abico Co., Ltd. (TSE 2374), a leading manufacturer of OEM digital cameras. Alex co-founded Lite On Technology (TSE listed, the largest monitor and CDROM maker at the time) and was its CEO. He led a group of investors and organized a management buy-out of the digital camera and notebook divisions, creating ViewQuest and UniWill, respectively – serving as their Chairman. ViewQuest subsequently merged with Abico. Alex also serves as the Chairman of Taiwanese Business Association of Suzhou Science Park, and Vice Chairman of the prominent Taipei Computer Association. Mr. Wen holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a BSEE from the National Taipei Institute of Technology. |

 | S. C. Hong has a 20-year history of venture capital and private equity investment. He was the Founder and CEO of Hotung VC Group, and successfully brought the company to be listed in Singapore (SES H34) on 1997. He had managed or co-managed 37 funds with total equity of US$550 million. These funds were based not only in Taiwan, but also in eight other countries, including Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, the US and Singapore. These funds invested in over 370 companies, including many Taiwan’s corporate elites. He was former Chairman of Taiwan Tong-Yang Pharma, and served as senior executives of a cement and a textile company. Mr. Hong currently serves as board of directors of Benq (TSE2352) and Apacer (TSE8271). Mr. Hong graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Economics. |
